This tea is made from our estate grown Coratina variety. Each leaf is hand harvested, washed, dried, and broken down into 10 tea bags. It is reminiscent of green tea and chamomile. Olive leaf tea is high in polyphenols, just like our olive oil. Polyphenols have been shown to play a role in preventing conditions such as cognitive decline, cancer and osteoporosis.
