This EVOO was made with our estate-grown Nocellara del Belice olives, a Sicilian variety. At 8 years old, our trees have now matured to their 3rd year of olive oil production, and we are so excited about this EVOO! It has grassy aromatics that hint of eucalyptus, a creamy mouthfeel, and big, green, complex flavors — grass, green banana, & green walnut.
