Club Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This is the second year our young estate-grown Taggiasca variety trees produced enough olives to make an estate olive oil.  This intense olive oil has floral aromatics, with hints of ripe olive and green almond, a buttery mouthfeel, and a peppery finish.  It’s the perfect EVOO for pesto
