When we started our farm 16 years ago, this is the oil that we aspired to produce. Our estate-grown Tuscan variety olives produced yet another deliciously robust oil this year. The aromatics hint of fresh green grass. The complex grassy and black pepper flavors linger on the palate. And it has very high levels of those healthy polyphenols.
