Once in a while our milling staff comes across an EVOO so special, we can't pass it up! During our 2022 processing season this olive oil took our breath away because it is so delicious and has an extremely high polyphenol level. It is made from a blend of locally-grown Tuscan varietal olives, and we are excited to make it available to our customers.
