We are a family owned and operated farm producing the highest quality of California extra virgin olive oil.
As a small oil producer, we hand pick, mill, rack, bottle, and label everything ourselves ~ ensuring the freshest olive oil possible! With help from family and friends, we have been able to produce excellent olive oil each year while sharing our passion for olive oil with the public.
Our farm currently maintains 2,700 olive trees that produce exquisitely verdant and flavorful extra virgin olive oil. We grow seven different varieties of Italian olive trees on 15 acres of land.
We are eco-friendly in all our farming and milling practices. We use our olive pomace (leftover organic matter from milling) as a natural fertilizer for our orchards and our unused oil for soaps and body balms.
Our custom designed straw bale building naturally regulates the interior temperature of our tasting, bottling, and milling rooms.
Our extra virgin olive oil is certified by the California Olive Oil Council. In order to be certified, California olive oil producers need to pass a comprehensive chemical and sensory analysis test. As a member we uphold all of the standards and practices of the COOC.
