Return Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases unless there has been an error (for example, you did not receive the item you purchased) or the product has been damaged in shipping. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping Damage
If your item was damaged during shipping, please notify us at info@kilerridge.com with a picture of the damaged item and accompanying shipping box. We will replace your product free of charge or issue a refund. It may take several days before a refund is posted to your account.
If your package is delivered to the correct address via USPS tracking, Kiler Ridge will not be responsible for replacing stolen or otherwise missing packages.
