Take a walk through our estate olive orchards while discovering the mysteries behind Italian olive trees. Tour given by owner Audrey Burnam is approximately 45 minutes ~ your feet may get dirty, closed toed shoes recommended.
Go behind the scenes to learn about the equipment and science involved in making the best extra virgin olive oil. Tour of our Italian Peralisi mill and production room is given by owner Gregg Bone ~ approximately two to three hours.
