This limited production and labeled Tuscan style olive oil is grown and produced on our family farm in Paso Robles. The olives were hand harvested and then rushed to our mill to begin milling within 45 minutes of harvest! These very freshly harvested olives produced an extraordinarily delicious extra virgin olive oil. This olive oil has a lush smooth mouthfeel and is intensely green grassy, peppery, and low in bitterness. Enjoy as a dipping oil, or as a finishing oil for cheeses, hummus, salads, raw veggies, grilled fish and pasta dishes.
